I bought an external hard drive with 250 GB new. Was recognized by my computer. However, it appears on my computer. It is already initialized and not the guests. However, it is not still. I tried to connect the USB port on my computer, but still the same. I tried to connect the drive to another computer and it works. The team uses the FAT32 and NTFS disk. What could be the problem?
